For your complete peace of mind we are members of the Claims Standards Council and compliant with the Data Protection Act. Lawyers acting on your behalf are members of APIL (Association of Personal Injury Lawyers) and members of the Law Society.
For your protection, all our lawyers must operate on a ‘no-win, no-fee’ basis, although there are exceptions. Neither Accident Angels nor lawyers acting on your behalf will charge you for their professional services. In most cases, the third party insurers involved will be asked to meet these. You may however incur legal costs should you wish to close your claim once underway.
In some circumstances, such as medical negligence cases or criminal injuries cases, an individual agreement will be discussed & agreed between yourself and the lawyer before the claim commences.
Scottish law is also slightly different and your case manager will explain how this works before you make any decision or are under any obligation to proceed.
